What becomes possible when we move with the body's own timing?
Eva Kreuzer · Ilaria Vergani
I love sharing my curiosity for movement and the intelligence of the body. In my classes, I explore how listening to and understanding the body's inherent organization can lead to movement that is expressive, effortless and full of joy.
Rhythm plays a central role in this exploration. I am fascinated by the way rhythm can organize the body from within. Bouncing, swaying and moving with a shared pulse often allow coordination, balance and efficiency to emerge naturally rather than through conscious control. At the same time, I am interested in the body's own internal timings, the rhythms that arise from its structure, elasticity and mechanics.
Technique, floorwork, improvisation and choreography are, for me, different ways of exploring these principles. Inspired by biomechanics, anatomy and contemporary movement research, I create spaces where movement can become more responsive, resilient and expressive by working with the body's own intelligence instead of against it.

Weekly Classes
My weekly classes are a space to deepen movement over time through regular practice, shared curiosity and an evolving relationship with the body.
While all groups explore the same movement principles, they are designed for different stages of experience. Whether you are discovering contemporary dance or looking to deepen an existing practice, each group grows through listening, exploration and a supportive learning environment.
Contemporary Dance Beginners / Intermediate
Discover contemporary dance through exploration and practice.
Wednesdays · 18:00–19:20
A welcoming space for anyone beginning or returning to contemporary dance.
Through improvisation, floorwork and choreography, we build confidence, body awareness and an individual movement language. The group grows together over time while remaining open to newcomers at every stage.
Through floorwork, improvisation and choreography, we deepen movement quality, coordination and expressive range.
We explore the body's own capacity to organize movement with efficiency, responsiveness and ease. The class is shaped by the people in the room, creating a space where curiosity and commitment matter more than perfection.
A weekly modern dance class combining technique and choreography in a joyful and accessible atmosphere.
Together we cultivate musicality, coordination and expressive movement through an evolving choreography, ending each class with a short guided relaxation.
I regularly teach workshops internationally. One of these ongoing collaborations is a yearly workshop at Salotto Somatico in Bologna, Italy, together with Yiskah Jessica.
