At the center of my work is a simple question: what if the body already knows how to move?

I am interested in the moment where physicality and ease meet, where movement emerges from responsiveness rather than force, and where expression grows from the body's own intelligence.

Rather than shaping movement from the outside, I look for ways of working with the body's natural organization. This ongoing inquiry informs my performances, collaborations and choreographic practice.
